Return & Refund Policy
At Taprgb, every keyboard is custom-assembled and undergoes strict quality control. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully.
1. 14-Day Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Quality Issues (Damaged or Defective): If your keyboard arrives damaged, defective, or experiences functional or manufacturing issues, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including all return shipping costs.
- Standard Returns (Change of Mind): If you change your mind, we gladly accept returns within 14 days. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@taprgb.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If claiming a defect, please include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Assessment: We will review your request within 24 hours. For standard returns, items must be inspected upon receipt to ensure they are in resellable condition before a refund is issued.
3. Return Locations
To ensure a smooth return process, Taprgb works with authorized return centers across the United States. Once your RMA is approved, our support team will assign the most convenient facility and provide you with the specific address:

Important: You must contact us at support@taprgb.com to receive an RMA and your assigned return address before sending any items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
As stated in our Shipping Policy, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. While we are not responsible for minor delays caused by carriers, we guarantee delivery of your order.
Item Not Received: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier or is not delivered within 45 days of shipment, we will issue a full refund or resend the order free of charge.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
